Song and Dance
The title of this show is appropriate as the story is told entirely in song (Act I) and dance (Act II). The first act begins with Emma, a young English girl who has come to New York City to fulfill her dreams of taking the Big Apple by storm, becoming a hat designer, and along the way, finding Mr. Right. Despite a series of encounters and romances, Emma is the only character on stage during the whole act. |
