Please answer this for me.
I am the owner of a yahoo site with over 900 members. It has been going strong since feb. 2001, and yes we link your site to ours:) This is in regards to photos. You keep citing this federal law, yet no where else do they adhere to the strict policy you do. I see pics of hardcore sex on many many sites, yahoo, MSN, all non pay type sites. Connection on line and many other sites set up like this one. Why is this site so restrictive? I have talked to many lawyers who state that this is your doing not the laws. Thanks mr. and Mrs.P |
