I have the same issue & repoted it to billing.That was a cpl days ago,but I have not heard anything.Mine statement didnt have a check # either...I amhoping it wasnt put towards membership cuz we paid for lifetime from our checking I believe around that same time lol.Hope all gets resolved:)
