sorry to hear about your experience, but yes there are some strange people on this site. Thanks guys for all the input...We always let those interested in us know if were interested or not. Sometimes though we get a few folks who don't like being brushed off (even nicely) I guess you gotta take the good with the bad huh!

Better than blocking...a simple email saying they are not interested is fine. Then I can go to the profile and under notes out "NI" and all is solved. It is better when the "No interested" reply lets me know why, in case it was something I said or didn't say. Of course not everyone is courtious enough to reply to email at all.

I recently responded to a profile that descibed me exactly. When I viewed that my letter was read and I had not received a reply I went to view the profile again to see if I misunderstood something and I was blocked. You just never know what people here want, because they are not sure themselves.
I should also say that I appreciate it when people that are not interested block me. I have better things to do then write letters to people that are not interested. |

I don't know what your profile was like before, but I've checked it out and think you've done an excellent job of describing what you're looking for. That is a HUGE help to those people who actually read profiles first.
