Hello All- We have been getting frustrated when trying to use the search functionality on the SLS website. The "Not Interested" feature does not seem to be working. We also noticed that we see the same profile multiple times. Do you have any tips or tricks for making the process a bit easier? Also, what is the general consensus on Free vs. Paid members. From what we can see, most of the people we have met have "Paid" memberships. Seems like it is a great way to filter out the fakes. How about Paid vs. Lifetime? When searching profiles, we have thousands within 100 miles. We just want an easier way to get to the ones that interest us and are real. Thanks, J&R

User Details are only visible to members.	You'll find SLS has many broken and poorly constructed features. Personally, we don't spend time overcoming the weaknesses of SLS and focus instead on the things it does well. You might try to try less. We've seen that the Hot Date and signing up for parties through the Clubs and Events section has been our best use of time. You already have a great start by creating a very fine profile - clear and intelligent; over time you'll be able to and and delete to it as you might evolve. As to paid vs free, it hasn't come up for us because we gave up on the useless search engine. We do look at such things as certs, pictures (of Mr and Mrs), completed profile, and general attitude and intelligence reflected in their correspondence with us. Just remember that your time is valuable, so if you don't feel like spending it on spam, or people who haven't elected to be paid members then its your right, don't feel guilty or any pressure from the "we are owed your attention crowd". Keep looking for what gets you in contact with those of like mind, be patient. For us its better to be patient and have a few outstanding experiences than many mediocre experiences.
