| how can i get pic to be on the outside of profile instead of them hiding inside profile so it has to be open to be seen |

User Details are only visible to members.

Go into Tools - Manage Pictures and pick one image as your default picture. The default picture will show up in place of the colored stick people SLS automatically put on your profile.
