Don't mention it in your profile, and you won't have to say sorry. If a group or person send you a response to your overtures, say "We are not interested. It works for me. Good luck everybody.

i am under 5'10. many fems want men 6 ft tall. if you apologize to me for not being hip to me i would roll my eyes at you.

i think you hit it right there. sort of softens things up a bit. if i don't want to have sex with any group, or size i am not going to do it, period. that is a deliberate act for which i do not need to dilute the word "sorry" in the process. i reserve use of the word for times when i make a mistake or do something wrong which causes harm.

There is a local couple whose tagline say, "No single males. Sorry for the discrimination."

I laugh every time I read it because to me, that's not discrimination, just a preference.

So I agree, there is no need to apologize for stating a preference or spelling out your boundaries. In fact, I appreciate it! I would rather know up front if I am what you are looking for or not, it saves us all time and effort. And the possibility of rejection!

Why do people apologize in their profile when they say “no one over a certain age” or “no overweight people” or “no certain ethnics” etc etc ?
Then they end it with,”sorry, it’s just our preference”, why should you have to apologize in the first place.
But they don’t apologize when they say “no couples” or “no single males” or “no Bi-men” or “no one into bondage” ?
Why should anyone have to apologize for being honest and having certain preferences they enjoy or don't on their profile?

I just thought i'd see what others think also.
