Never heard of it myself, why don't you ask the couple(s) who have it on their profile, then let us all know what it is.

are you sure it's 20/4? 4/20 is the term for pot smokers, but I've also never heard of 20/4

Never heard of it either. When I googled it, it brought up information on gay/lesbian couples or therapy for aggressive couples.
First rule in using abreviations, make sure they are common. |
