I think it's pleasant and well written, but I would at least take out one of the 3 "people"s in the first sentence! :) Can only view one pic, so can't be much help with that, but otherwise fine...not a stand-out profile, but if you email people, they wouldn't be automatically put off by it, as it's gentlemanly in nature.
