User Details are only visible to members.	sharp_guy, not to get totally off topic, but I remember Muhammed Ali incessantly bragging about his prowess in the ring in order to intimidate his opponents and/or boost his ratings. Granted, most professional athletes aren't nearly as brazen, but I'm sure the braggarts are out there.

User Details are only visible to members.	I know it is a big turn-off when I read a profile of s single woman or couple that is overflowing with their own praise. I've never admired a braggart with a total lack of humility. If they're that wonderful and hot they should just let their photos and their action speak for themselves. You notice you rarely hear pro athletes talking about how wonderful they are. They thank God, give praise to their teammates and coaches, and thank their parents, but don't heap praise upon themselves. They've learned through experience (or good agents), that humility is the best PR stance.

We finally have a date tonight with a single guy and are hoping it goes great, how did he get that far you ask, well he was courteous, complimentary, and could write complete sentences. Also, he didn't come across in messages as a douchebag, he was down to earth and friendly. We recently got a message from a random single male that in its entirety was "When can I plow that." and his profile was laughable, 8 year olds could write better essays about themselves. Instant turn off. Me, as the husband, has to like the guy that I let my wife sleep with. A lot of single guys out there must think couples are on here because the husbands can't take care of business, they are sadly mistaken.

But you would think that most of these posts were made by 9th graders on their way to woodshop. There are either just completely stupid or they do have this chip on their shoulder. i read a tag line the other day that said something like "Do your self a favor" then he went on to say that any woman that wants to do themselves a favor should call him.. LOL really. I think we will choose a lifetime of misery over doing ourselves a favor. Just be respectful. say hello. Compliment her. What would your do if this was a bar or a hell even a book store. The flirting and dating process is the same. We just dont have to dance around that fact that we all want to get laid at the end of the process.

Sometimes I'm surfing around on the forums and I'll read a profile just to get a better sense of the writer and it makes me laugh when I read a profile from a single male who wears his narcissism on his sleave, thinks he's hot shit dodd and is stupid enough to come off like he's going to be all selective towards the couples and ladies he's trying to hook up with. It's like "oh good dumb shit! You're a nice looking guy but because you come off like such an asshole, you're not really competition,lol." And little wonder it's often the dickhead posting for a date. I mean use a little common sense, boys. If you're going to be all picky and selective then keep it to yourself, don't fucking be dumb enough to plaster all over your profile how picky and selective you are and such. And this is also true of single women and couples. I won't go near a profile that features women/couples that think they're god's gift and come off like they think they're better than everyone. But it's really true of single men. There is a lot of single sausage out there and competition, if you're posting all over about how picky you are, you might ward off the heavies, elderly and such but you're also warding off all your other prospects with your arrogance. You're probably going to exchange pictures before you meet someone anyway. If she/they don't look like how you would want her/them to, just decline at that point. Because you're not even going to have the opportunity to decline if you go the dumb asshole route of some of the boys here no matter how hot you think you are.
