I am not sure why, but I got an email today saying our profile is not approved. Help me fix it!
It used to say "Paid Member", now it says "New Member". I have no clue why the change, the only recent activity we had on the account is trying to upload a picture (no nudity), but for some reason it kept getting denied. Is there something currently not up to standards with our profile, other than we are not an exciting couple, lol. Let me know. |

Problem was fixed. I guess it was an error.

Send an email to customer service and ask why. I've recently had the same thing happen and it was corrected after I removed the wording that was offending. You'll get an answer.
