L&N...We don't know how to reply to your comment..You have me (J) speechless, and that's not easy!! We will do our best to work on our profile to get it just right, but I don't the waiting list will be long (LOL)!! And no matter what you are and will be at the top of the list :)!!

ChasnGlen...I enjoyed your profile. Your initial photo has a certain "pop" to it that captures my attention; your profile maintains it. You seem like genuine honest down to earth people. It is also noticed how you dismissed two hi-jackers....you couldn't have been more gracious. Be careful, your character is showing...and it looks good from here.

Doesn't hurt to have such a glowing review from a lovely couple. Heck I'd make a date on that info alone.

Just a suggestion to CntryCpl85043 & JT0717... you might get a few more replies to your questions if you start a New Topic from the Better Profiles main page (upper right corner) instead of replying to mine. More people may read it. Good luck getting your answers.

Okay, let's talk about profiles.. Why is it that all people don't list height & weight on their profiles? And "really" decribe themselves, what they like, and what they are looking for? And most of all be honest!! These are the biggest complaints we have and that we hear from others. We can understand some not posting public pictures, but hell at least have some in private that you can share with a select few!! Thought this was all about meeting new people, and having fun! If you can't be honest in your profile then don't have one, it's a simple thing.. Not everyone is going to click that's a given, but if you don't have a good, honest profile then you'll never know!! I mean check ours out and see what you think, let us know because we want to have a good profile. Getting off the soap box now.. BTW, "labandnan" we always look forward to checking ou the new stuff you put on yours!!! J&T

Thank you both for your advice. I appreciate it. We have started going through the Search feature and sending out a first contact email, about one a week.

I don't see anything wrong w/ your profile either. now, it's time to take the ball in your own hands, so to speak, and just start contacting people you find attractive and interesting. That way, if there is any interest on their part, they'll view your profile and go from there.

Keep patient. Sometimes emails go in spurts and you'll get tons, and sometimes there won't be many at all...

Would you please look at our profile. We aren't getting contacted by any couples, although a few single men have written saying they "loved our profile". :-) They obviously didn't read it. I am already regularly seeing a single man, so I don't need, or want, another at this time. What we, as a couple, are looking for, is another couple. I have written to a few couples, and the conversation dies after a few emails, or after pictures are exchanged. I've started attaching a couple face picture with every initial email. I'm thinking some of our problems, let me know if you agree or not, is that I'm Straight in California, we have young children still, and when they see pictures of my husband, they see a balding/graying, a bit overweight man instead of the fun-loving guy he is.
