So many good bits of advice have been offered, not going to repeat any...however, try to avoid any pictures with you holding the camera, especially (and absolutely) any taken in a mirror. Okay, I seem to have helped single guys in the past w/ profiles, so here goes my stab at yours: Pics: I love the tats. Not everyone will, but it's good that you show them in your pics. Get a friend to also take a few others of you, without face showing, if you want, but perhaps even out doors. Too many shots, or ONLY shots of you with a camera are a little eh, lonely looking. Also, crop out the clothes on the floor in the corner. Not everyone is as picky as I am about stuff like that, but it will help. Profile: Why do you need to say you're Caucasian? People can tell pretty much by the pics. If you need to state it, it sounds as if you are worried about race. Also, the last line: you can just say you're willing to learn, and take out the part about someone having something worth teaching. Are you looking for a play partner AND a workout buddy, or one in the same? That's going to totally narrow it down for you. You might want to add : "it doesn't have to be one and the same." The comment about the southern boy thing? Switch that with the CA comment, such as: I am more a California boy than a southern boy. Something like that sounds more positive.
