Using CAPS is like YELLING AT THE READER. Might want to modify those portions of your profile, too.

OK will give this a shot. First of all, you want to seem like you put some effort into things and aren't a sloppy dude: adopt instead of "adope" discrete instead of "discret" disease instead of "desease" Second of all, as an older non-entierly-fit guy, you probably want to have less of your profile be about all of the things you are not looking for. Be positive. Let people you're not into wite to you, and THEN reject them - dont try to weed them out with your profile. Your profile should be 100% positive about what you like - nothing about what you dislike. As a single guy you're better off in a position where people who you don't want to play with are writing to you than if you scare off people who might write to you who you might be interested in. Thats about it - best of luck!
