Definitely get some nice classy pics of BOTH of you so people can get a good idea of what you look like. Most importantly, try to find somebody (anybody) to go out with and get some certifications. We don't take anyone too seriously who doesn't have certs. As far as the written part, some people like short sweet, others like more detail. We go with more detail so we don't waste anybody's time, especially our own. On the other hand, we don't mind meeting couples with short and sweet profiles, but we're the type that will meet just about anybody who will show up. I would suggest putting up some public pictures. I understand if you can't show your face because you fear others finding out, etc. but a pic with a blurred out face is a whole lot better than nothing at all visible when someone views the profile in a search.
