Actually, your profile is great as it is. Well written, tasteful pics, and we walk away having a pretty clear picture of who you are. It's difficult to pick anything out of it that we'd change that someone else wouldn't argue fits there perfectly and should stay. It's really good. People probably didn't reply to your post before this because it's pretty boring to review a profile and not have anything insightful to say, and your profile probably left most people so similarly impressed that responding didn't have much point. Since we are replying, we'll try to offer a couple of things just for the sake of having something to think about, but not because we think anything screams "change me": (1) it's a BIT of a long read - a lot of people are browsers not readers and won't make it all the way to the bottom, so you might think about how to trim it down a bit without losing the great meaningful sense of yourselves that you are managing to convey. (2) some of the things that you have - like "please reply to emails" and "say more than 'we like your profile'" are things most of us sympathize with but don't mention in our profiles. The people who do to begin with that will STILL do that even if you have that in your profile, so you accomplish nothing with them, and convey a tint of negative coming across in your profile to the people you DO want to meet. You do it without sounding bitter, though, so it's not bad - just probably not needed or effective in stopping the problem either.
