click on > My Account "on the left" that will open to a link's page , click on > Update Profile , and that will take you into the main web page options , you can click on the >Preferences button to view/change those and click on > About You to change what all you have wrote in your profile . if you have any more problems or questions then let us know and we will try to help .

Not sure, it could be that your profile hasen't been approved yet. I'm not sure how it applies to new "paid" members, but new profiles in general require at least one line of competant text in each category on the application, in order to get approval. Good luck.
