User Details are only visible to members.	I saw a picture the other day of a women on a bed with atleast two feet of clothing on the floor, the mini blind behind the bed had about 10 slats broken and the pillowcase had a huge dark stain in the center. The most disgusting profile I've seen so far.

User Details are only visible to members.	Seeking...I, too, have taken all my own with a timer. It's not easy and you might have to take quite a few to get a good one. I have some with me laying on a bed with a bunch of votive candles. 10 seconds to hit the button, get on the bed and pose without knocking over a candle and burning down the place!!! Getting a tripod helps too. You can get one at Wally world and they're not really expensive. I just bought a small one there that extends 10 inches for $8. Look at good shots on this site and emulate them.

User Details are only visible to members.	Agree with everyone, yes please watch that background. If you take your own pictures, know that (almost) every camera now has a timer. Prop it in front of a mirror or take a good guess that you're in front of it and let the camera do it's job. Even if you're not in the middle you can always crop the rest of the picture off. Every picture you see on my profile I took myself and that includes the photos of my husband, us together, or me alone. The biggest piece of advice I can offer anyone is to use a solid blanket/sheet as the background. That will focus the attention on you as an individual or couple and not the items from your home. I've become quite skilled at taking my own shots and have learned the angles that make my body look it's best, but that is what happens when you have a husband deployed 75% of the time and he is wanting a little piece of home.
