I have to agree with those that send emails. Our profile isn't anything special, but my husband sends out oodles of emails, and we have more dates and friends than I can handle! LOL, I had to ask my husband to give it a rest! LOL. . oh, and he gives out his yahoo IM and chats quite a bit with these folks as well. Before you know it, we're all at a boating raft up with a bunch of folks, having a great time!
So, it's not always just about the profile, but it's also how you put yourself out there! |

M&G's and Parties are another of my problems...lol I (female half) have a problem with flirting with other people. I am working on it but after two years, I am making very slow progress (that's why I posted in the Swing Advise section asking for advise on art of flirtation ). I guess I am a swinger failure...lol.

We've actually sent out quite a few emails. Many did not bother responding. Some said they were interested but we just played email and then nothing. On our profile it says there were 10919 views in 30 days...and 1 or 2 emails in that time frame.

My suggestion: Write emails yourself to people you find interesting, and just take note that the deluge of emails comes and goes. Don't know why, but when you're really really busy, seems like that's when you'll get tons.

We've actually been on SLS for about two years now. Have not really received a lot of emails in the last two years. Is my "Straight" orientation a possible hindrance?

Your profile is excellent, with great pics and you very clearly state what your preferences are and what you are interested in. I would imagine that the lack of responses won't last long, and you'll soon get emails from people meeting your preferences. Good luck and happy swinging.
