Do any of you have a regular kegal workout routine? I had pelvic reconstruction a few years ago, and if I don't do my exercises, I can tell. I usually do them at night as I fall asleep... but then I fall asleep so don't finish.
I also got some Kegal exercise balls, but even the heaviest one didn't seem like much of a challenge to keep in. The pack came with loop thingies to insert and remove and has a double loop for two balls. I haven't tried that one yet. Well, I've got some time before I go to the gym so I'll give it a shot I'd like to hear about how women are keeping their pussies toned. Also, does anyone else get men who just think you're cumming when you're squeezing them on purpose? How do you tell the man you're excited, but not THAT excited yet?
