I found myself (plus my husband) at a small gathering. As usual the first 30-45 minutes were spent conversing with others to get to know them. I was having a lovely conversation with a male guest . He eventually asked if I would like to be his play partner . The issue was I was NOT physically attracted to him but didn't know what to say. I bumbled my way through the next sentence or two and escaped to the bathroom to avoid answering the question. So …. What is the best way of "rejecting" someone's advances at a small gathering? Thanks in advance.
