My two cents...
Opinions vary. Some women really enjoy it and have what they describe as g-spot orgasms (I don't think it's pee). Some enjoy it, yet nothing different happens at orgasm. while still others find it distracting and/or painful. The good news is accessories can easily be removed. I have....I didn't really seem to notice it much when it came to actual fucking but I did enjoy playing with it with my tongue when I would go down on him.
