Hey, just a little FYI~ when its hot Im a bitch! Especially if my crotch gets hot.....oh my god.....watch out world! I have found that gold bond powder in the green container (not the yellow) has a superior cooling affect! Put it on and within a minute its like an breeze blowing altoid breath on the puss! Very nice! I also put it in my cleavage.......it can get really hot in there too!
It works wonders on the heat rashes too, but just not as much personal pleasure! LOL |

Off does make those. We have been hassled by big solid black skeeters. OUCH I am allergic to them. Perhaps they are South American Killer Skeeters? LOL

ya know they sell these things you can wear on your ankles.. its a citronella ring that looks like a phone cord... the work great and leave no chemical on the skin... I wear them when outside all the time.. I swell from bites bad too...

wear lighter weight clothing. avoid thick jean shorts on extremely hot days.
and try wearing the shorts alittle longer if you like them short. I keep the shorter ones for when I go out. I wear thin cotton shorts around the house 8-) rinse off often 8-) I use layers of cream to keep the skin from drying and i stay with h2o product or bath and body works. I also will use powder after lotion to keep some of the moisture off my skin. That has been my life saver. |
