Suggestion: I put a condom over vibrators and other sex toys, so I don't touch the actual item. I bought a jelly vibrator that smelled weird when I opened the packaging (like cheap hand soap from a public washroom). I felt sort of slimey/oily, too.

Put a condom on, and no fears of chemicals causing problems for me. Easy clean up, too.

Hey Cheetah! You are the only other person I know that this happens too. Thanks for making me feel less of a freak!

Not only do I swell shut, turn red and burn, but feel like my insides are falling out! Id have another baby any day then take the risk of that again!

I too have to use silicone toys. I'm not allergic to latex but whatever they make some toys from leaves me with a week of agony. Fortunately for me, while we do have a few, toys aren't really my thing.

Some lubes also cause problems for me. It isn't the spermicide (and I've never tried the warming lubes) but there is something in some lubes that burns bad, especially during anal.

An allergy to nonoxynol-9 is fairly common and latex allergies are becoming increasingly common as well.

pup (who can also merely glance at an antibiotic and get a yeast infection--ugh!)

<<Mr. Licks needs a "magnum" sized condom, and generally the other couples haven't brought those. He can't fit into a regular size. >>

Now I understand why you live in Fort BRAGG.

We always bring our own condoms. I like latex, lubricated, but no spermicide. I have a bad reaction to that. And to those with the heated (we call it spicy) lubricant. I use unscented facial cleanser to shave my YingYang, and I still have to be careful to shave fast and wash the soap off.

It can be a problem for sure, even for men. Lots of them have sensitivity to chemicals...it can feel like a lit cigarette on the end of their dicks with the wrong thing gets on there!

I have many allergies, and one is latex, big time. Anyone who we choose to play with this knows way ahead of time. I will say I am not trusting enough to anyone we do not know very personally that I would trust supplying condoms while having sex, I bring my own, it only takes one slip and I am the only one that pays dearly for weeks, not worth it in my book.
