you can order them on line. Luckily I don't need them or anything like it anymore because I always had to schedule around that couple of days because I would never be able to get those in and out and would be afraid a partner would feel it if I did get it in. I can still remember my sisters husband and his thing about diaphragms... "its like a trampoline for my dick".

There is a product, called Instead. It is kinda like a diaphragm and it keeps blood, from entering into your vagina. Works great for those times.
