Okay I met a "couple" on Sls. We chatted on here and then started emails. They were nice then pushy then aggressive and then scary! All in the matter of one week. So I course I am not meeting "them" (if they are real). The last email they lied and said they had spoken to my bf (we are on a break). And they said my boyfriend wanted me to meet them. Total lie. They threated me and tried everything in the book. I just wondered if other single girls have met people that turned scary on you? I'm just happy I'm not truly single and alone. I have a man to watch my back. But this can be scary!! Thanks for your thoughts! Debi

User Details are only visible to members.	This is a new feature. NOW, if you block someone or they block you, you automatically cannot see each other in the forums. Their SLS name will show up in black letters (if they're the last one posting in a thread). But when you open the thread up, you won't see their post, and they can't see yours. It doesn't matter who blocks who. Kat

User Details are only visible to members.	Not sure about the profile views on block. If I'm not mistaken now when either of you block, you can't see them on forums either... Just happened to us. We can read it with my old profile, but not with ours. It only shows blocked now when they block a category like men.... Can't seem to get an answer in help on this though

User Details are only visible to members.	We've been block-sorted before. We were contacted by a couple (by the text, it seemed to be the male doing the writing). We liked what we saw, unlocked pics, had a little back-and-forth about finding a time to M&G. Then suddenly we got the stock "not interested" message from their profile, and found we were blocked. My guess is that he finally got the lady to look at the profile, and she said "no". Probably blocked us out of either embarrassment or they just use the block function to keep from seeing our profile. Still, from our POV, it was kind of a dick move, especially since there was no explanation. Something simple like "hey guys, my wife took a look at your profile and she doesn't feel any interest" is cheap, easy, and I can respect that.

User Details are only visible to members.	Scandle, I know, weird isn't it, lol? Some folks actually use the block to "sort through" members (whereas, we just use the notes feature). But, you brought up my point that you have to click on a profile in order to get that message that pops up about the block. The message isn't sent to you on it's own. If that couple that bothered her is still on the SLS site and has blocked her, she won't receive a message about it. She will only know if she sees their profile, either on the home page or in the forums and clicks on their profile. Kat

Kat, we actually stumbled upon the fact that someone we met through SLS and met for dinner, then decided there was no physical attraction, had blocked us sometime after our meeting. My husband saw their profile pic on the page that shows new members and members that may be a match, clicked on it and got the message that they had blocked us. Our thought: whatever! We did not reciprocally block them. I've never seen them post in the forum.

Welcome to the forums Debi :) You would only get a "block" message if, say on the forums you see their profile and click on it, then the message would pop up that you're blocked. So sorry you had that experience. Word of advice - keep everything on SLS. We only give out our private e-mail after we've really gotten to know a couple/single. Too many weirdos out there! User Details are only visible to members.	The threats were all in emails not on Sls. And now I can't find them On Sls so either they blocked me of they quit the site. They haven't bothered us again. But they were really freaky. Thanks for the advice! I'm still hoping to meet sane nice people on here! Debi

They probably aren't true lunatics.....some couples get so zeroe'd in on finding the ellusive bi femme...that when they think they have found her, then things dont work out, they act like lunatics. Report them, that is absolutely unacceptable.
