I've gone to clubs with nothing but a man's hane's tank tied right above my belly button into a knot, and boy shorts panties, thigh high boots. Rain coat that comes off as soon as I entered the club.

I find most of the time at parties like this no matter what the theme you are going to have a mix of what people wear based on how self conscious they are. I would do the crop top most likely ripped at the neck to fall off my shoulder and either a g-string or tiny panties. I'm not saying I have the perfect body, but I'm comfortable with it. If it was men's shirt night I would be the one wearing the shirt open with just pasties underneath if anything. Other ladies button those shirts up to the neck and I swear they find the longest one in the closet.
