I haven't done the nipple piercing yet. It was suppose to be my gift to myself when I reached the 130 lb mark. I have past that and still haven't worked up the nerve to go do it yet. Guess I need to find someone to hold my hand.

I've been thinking recently about getting a nipple piercing, and I was hoping to hear from any ladies (or gents) that have had one. How long did it take to heal, what was the piercing experience like, and are there any additional 'benefits' like increased sensitivity?
