us2ready, what do you mean by dilate? The word means to expand. Are you asking if women get larger by soaking in a hot tub? That has never been my experience, and we use our hot tub at least twice a week. Please explain what you're asking about.

ummmm dilate? i do not understand what you mean, as in pregnancy? Pregnant ladies are not supposed to go into hot tubs....at least, my gynos told me that.
