I can get excited over a person but really only after meeting, until than everything is taken with a grain of salt including compliments about our photos. Maybe even more so about our photos. I want to know you read the profile, enjoyed the profile and connect with our humor and philosophy in regard to play style. Something as simple as "We don't have an uncle Fester, so we promise not to invite you to his funeral" since we mention that in our profile will catch my attention before "WOW love your photos" Mrs Sav

User Details are only visible to members.	hmm, maybe I worded my OP wrong. I don't mean, why you would be willing to meet someone. More.... if you ever read an email that really turned you on and made you feel a little excited about it, ...what was it, that made you feel that way?

User Details are only visible to members.	It's hard to be specific about what I look for in the emails we receive. Generally, a tone that indicates some energy and attraction specifically to our profile and to us will get a positive response. We've received some that read as very neutral, like they kinda, sorta wanted to make the minimal effort in their idle time to contact people, using a generic "Hi. We liked your profile. Do you want to get together?" that could be copied and pasted anywhere. Indicate that you have intelligence, maybe even some humor, are local, and that you've actually read our profile, and we'll likely set a date with you to meet. It's nice to get compliments but I don't require them.

But then, the no compliment of any sort thing.... why is he interested if he cant think of a single thing he may have liked about my pics? hell, he could have lied up something and I would never know it.

I get excited if a first email I receive is more then a few words long and doesn't contain the words "wanna fuck tonight" you can send me into email bliss if it proves you have read our profile and your pictures show that you are actually within the range of what we are looking for. If it is well written? and a well written profile? That will make me almost orgasmic lol. PG

Ladies, We talk about first emails we don't like often enough, but what is it that ~you like to read in first emails, that would turn you on or make you think 'hey, I think I like this person'? Or, 'Oh.... this person is exciting me a little!' ;) When meeting in person, there's so much more to be attracted (or not) to, but in first emails, if you like their profile, like their pics, ...what do you need to hear? And how do you like they say it? Even if it's short, do you like to hear a 'certain kind' of compliment, ...what kind? Is it just that you know they actually read your profile and you'll find out more when you meet? Do you just need to see some level of intelligence, or do you need not may words at all, ...pic and profile is enough to make a date? I recently received a really nice initial email. Polite and basically asking me to check out his profile. I did, handsome as hell, intelligent profile, attractive personality to me ...and know he read our whole profile! Opened our pics, and 2 back and forth short emails later, with him saying he 'was interested' ...no compliment. Not one. So I asked for one! lol. And it was lame. so lame! wtf?! I now know I need a 'certain kind' of compliment. lol. Wondering what you need to hear or feel...
