hey girls, have any of you had good results with Curves or Zumba? have you seen big differences or just feeling better from all the the cardio? ... just wondering

Carrie, that's an awesome story. i bet i can do that! :) the meet and greet was... hmm.. how can i say this... we seem to both now realize how important ....teeth are. and we also sort of think now, when one shows a face pic without showing their teeth, they probably dont have any... great tip about the squatting exercise.. ... gotta go fine me a fence now :)
