I had my first implants 15 years ago and they were great. I just had them replaced this year and they are even more wonderful. The doctor used the same small scar under the fold in my boob and you can't even see them. Best thing I ever did!!

She - I develop keloids, too, but my dermatologist has minimized them by injecting them with steroids. Sometimes the procedure has to be repeated and yes, it stings for a bit, but my keloid scars (under my breasts where the implants went in and other places on my body) are greatly reduced. You may want to check with your own doctor about this procedure before ruling out surgery.

.. It looks like this is the way they are all done. The way I scar ( keloid) it would look pretty bad on me. Blah..
