Unfortunately, I do not have this luxury so I torture myself by working out...lol But as many have indicated do things to boost your confidence in yourself and I think your body image of yourself will change. The method of doing this is different for everyone. Good luck

User Details are only visible to members.	I think most women would like to change something on their bodies. And most women are critical about every other women too. I do not know if heathy eating makes one feel sexy or more comfortable with their body image. But for me working-out has made me feel more comfortable with my body-- it makes me feel like I am doing something about areas I am so tempted to have surgery done. I guess what I am trying to say is doing something about what makes you feel uncomfortable about your body in the end, I think, make you feel better and more satisfied with your body-- even if it is not what society implies is the "ideal" That is my two cents.

I doubt there are many American women who do not look in the mirror and say they would like to change certain parts of their bodies. Remember, we live in a society that teaches us that youthful beauty is the best beauty; this simply is not true. As M said, I also looked at your profile and see a beautiful woman. You have a very kind, gentle face as well. Oh and BTW, your husband is HOT lol. Just remember that what you are thinking about yourself, the other lady is probably thinking about the same thing about herself. The only thing I can suggest is to live healthy and fall in love with that woman in the mirror. You are gorgeous.

User Details are only visible to members.	My body image is rarely accurate. For one thing, I usually think I'm much bigger than I am. I'm getting over myself in that area, and just finding good things and learning how to NOT put myself down. I used to hurry up and put myself down first before my ex, my parents, my brother could do that and hurt me w/ their words and comments. Now, I'm learning to be more positive. Are there things that need changing? Sure! And I can choose to do so, or not, but it helps to have a realistic viewpoint. That's why I like the show "How to Look Good Naked." I am like the other women on that show, in that I am not sure where I fit in as to sizes, shapes, etc. What I see in the mirror isn't always a true reflection, but is shaped by how others have viewed me in my life. What I hope to learn is a true reflection. There is beauty to be found in most every woman. But sometimes you have to find it in yourself first before you can hear it from anyone else. Gina
