If such a party was to be held near to where I live, so long as I didn't have work I would be inclined to show up.

A couple actually did that here...they did a hotel party where it was absolutely put out there that it was geared towards couples and single men. Literally about 3 guys showed total. That was the end of that idea.

My parties are about half singles and half couples which gives them a unique vibe. Most parties are dominated by couples. I personally find those parties really boring. The couples who come to parties where there are singles tend to be more open and willing to try threesomes or split up, rather than looking only for the foursome.

a friend hosted just such a party a couple of months ago. The vibe was different, we couldn't tell what made the difference, but it wasn't as much fun.
It can be done though. |
