The people responding about having a sentry and playing it safely are just offering some good advice. I had my first gb a few weeks ago - it was incredible! I had my friend act as the gatekeeper. Then meet the admin in person to discuss your fantasies and decide if you want him to pick the guys or if you want input (no pun intended). If you really want to organize your own, either bring along a guy to oversee everything or hire someone. You do not want to be alone with a bunch of guys you "met" on the internet without some security. If a lady possesses exceptional abilities in the areas of communication, organization and time management - I think that she could organize an outstanding gangbang for herself. - Think of all the fun she could have personally "interviewing" each applicant - not to mention if the guy has a pleasureable interview experience, the odds are much improved that he will not be one of the "no shows" on Gang-Bang day.
