I don't answer emails unless I want to. If a person is that needy that they require an answer they probably are going to go bonkers over a rejection.

just got another one of those "nice ass' e-mails" if I do answer back, the e-mail will read. "Thanks, It's a little flat and hairy, but I try"

Akron,

You absolutely should not. I have not 756 times since we have been on this site.

Why would I waste my time responding to an email that should never have been sent?

I agree that we all don't have to agree, but I do think everyone should agree with me.

This is a never ending debate with no possibility of resolution because no one is going to change their mind. It has been going on for years and will continue for years to come. Everyone here is entitled to their opinions. Many here agree with ours, many agree with yours. If we find it rude behavior, that is our right. If we think it speaks to character, it is our right to believe so. If you find us rude for our opinions, that is your right. We don't have to all agree. Really. :)

I really don't care if people respond to our e-mails when we make first contact... The 4 things I do find rude and irritating.
1. Fishing e-mails. the ones where a couple sends out as many e-mails a possible and then picks the best one that responds.
2. When a couple writes and we respond with a positive response and you don't hear back from them.
3.When you exchange a few e-mails and then they disappear.
4. when you exchange e-mails and are ready to set a time to meet and then the wife of the other couple finally reads our profile and then they disappear.

If It's rude not to answer properly written e-mails then there are a lot of rude people on this site and have been for years, because 19 out of 20 emails we have written in the last 12yrs or so have gone unanswered.
