User Details are only visible to members.	this is a great topic! i had to give my 2 cents worth. once, way back in the beginning, we connected with a couple we met on another site. we spent months talking to them online and on the phone. we willingly gave pics but they kept giving excuses, mainly their careers. anyway, we finally agreed to meet them. all i can say is when we saw them, it was clear why they didn't give us pics. they had totally misrepresented themselves. we met them for coffee and they had even rented a hotel room with the expectation we would be with them! needless to say, we said, "NO THANKS!". when mr. nice told them we weren't interested, they were very upset but he reminded them that we had been forthcoming with recent pics and they weren't. that was the last time we ever met without RECENT pics. we now know we took a big gamble when we met without pics. it's my opinion that people who want to meet without pics have a reason. they know you will most likely say, "no thanks". it's also my opinion that some people assume that if they can get you to meet them, they can win you over somehow, usually with guilt. yuck! that's an entire other topic. i'm in total agreement with the pics and phone verification prior to meeting. thanks for bringing this up! always, mrs nice

But then, if things go to the point where we're thinking about meeting, I will ask for pics. It gives us an indication that they are for real. And before meeting, we usually try to talk to the female on the telephone. When we have done that, we've never been stood up.

User Details are only visible to members.	I guess I have to take the side of the people who won't show their pictures. I don't post mine, and I have a G-rated photo available as a private photo. I've heard so much crap about nude pictures of men that I just took mine off. I deleted them off my computer, so now what happens? People want me to send nude pictures to their private email account. Look, if you are interested enough to either respond to my email(s) or I to yours, (one or two emails, that is; none of this endless emailing back and forth), then you should be interested enough to meet somewhere for a drink or a cup of coffee to see if we click. Sometimes I am comfortable enough with a couple I meet on SLS to make my private photo available to them and sometimes I am not comfortable doing so. Just depends on who it is. Don't know why.......just that little antennae thing that says yes or no. The bottom line is this: I suggest you don't let the idea of not seeing a photo make your decision. If you are interested otherwise, you should meet the single or couple somewhere with the understanding that both parties will go away from that meeting and let each other know whether there is an interest. Usually everyone lives in the immediate area and it's not a big deal.

User Details are only visible to members.	No pics...no telephone (couples)...no chance at meeting. If you can't let us know what you look like, we're not interested. If you won't spend five minutes on the phone (prove a couple), we're not interested. We have very little play time and aren't going to waste it by attempting to meet someone that MIGHT be what they say they are.

User Details are only visible to members.	For us, if the couple doesn't have pics of both, they are suspect. If they won't talk to us on the telephone, it's unlikely. I won't say we won't meet if they don't have pics or won't talk, but I don't expect very much, and I'm not going to go very far out of my way.

Most peculiar are the couples who are "experienced" swingers, yet they have no pics (not even a G-rated facial). My response is that same as that for real swingers who contact me-"let's meet at [my favorite watering hole] for a beverage to see if we click". Usually, the parties with no pics decline, while the real swingers meet me for the M&G.
