User Details are only visible to members.	Well, Quite honestly.... If a couple is swinging.... then the COUPLE should both be 'child proof'. It just makes sense.. and you will end up having a MUCH better time NOT having to worry of such events. If both people in the couple KNOW they don't want to have children. then married or not, it makes a good decision. I have 3 kids. and I got pregnant with 2 of them USING birth control............I lost faith in it and feel so much more content and relaxed knowing it is no longer an issue in my life. :-)

User Details are only visible to members.	Both should be done. Condoms do break,come off etc or If you decide not to use condoms then it is nessary for both. Be sure you do not want children first, nether one can be "undone" easy, they are ment to be a perment form of birth control.

User Details are only visible to members.	I got a tubal done after having all the children I wanted,HOWEVER< it is safer and easier for a man to have the external snip snip than a woman to have the internal work done. And far less scarring!!!!!!

As we never intended to have children, any pregancy would be unplanned, and for the most part, unwelcome (please don't judge us; we love kids, we just don't want any). Rather than deal with said unwanted pregnancy, and for her comfort level to be where she wanted it, she elected to go with a tubal ligation. (As a side comment, anyone who DOES NOT have children, who would like to get "fixed", plan ahead. We had to see seven (7) doctors before we found one who would perform the surgery. Seems the doctors tend to defend the moral high ground when it comes to shutting the baby factory down. It took her literally two (2) years to go from decision to surgery). She thinks it's fantastic, and is never worried now. We do, however, discuss getting me "snipped", as we play currently with a few "fertile" couples, and while we love them, we don't think they want to ever bear our children for us... I suspect I will also go under the knife soon. It's not a big issue for me, and I understand the pain isn't a big deal either. More of a convenience thing.

User Details are only visible to members.	gotta agree with southflafun....I had mine about 2 1/2 years ago...small incision in the naval that I have to loooook to see the scar... was sore for maybe 24 hours, max. Hardest part for me was that I wasn't allowed to pick up my son until I went back a week later for my followup because he was too heavy. It was done on an outpatient basis, home 4 hours after I got there, and in our local outpatient surgery center, not the hospital! It is true that there is always risk with ANY surgery, and particularly with anesthesia, it was simply a risk that I was willing to take. Everyone has to decide for themselves... To answer the original question....I think that anyone playing who EXPECTS their play partners to take the responsibility for preventing pregnancy has no business playing. We each have to take that responsibility on for ourselves - be it male or female. That's just my .02 - but I know that condom slip or not, I'm not having another baby...gives me one less thing to worry about!

Just to add my 2 cents into the mix.......I (Cat) had my tubes tied 22 years ago, with the birth of my son, whom I conceived while continuously on the BC pill - talk about surprises!!! The ligation was done laparoscopically, with general anesthesia - I had absolutely no complications then or in the ensuing years. I have many friends and clients who have had tubals with no problems, so I am mystified about reports of extreme complications with this type of surgery. The biggest complication would be from the general anesthesia - with the laparascope, the biggest scar is in the navel, otherwise there is no indication of the surgical site. It has been wonderful not to have to worry about pregancy, but this is strictly for the woman who absolutely does not want to get pregnant again - reversal is tricky and not very successful.

We were all having a good time and the guy I was messing around with was teasing me with the head of his cock in the opening of my vagina. When hubby saw what was going on he told the guy to put on a condom..and the guy said I am not even close to cumming. Hubby replied condom now! Afterward I questioned him as to why he insisted at that stage...he said what if he had some precum and you got pregnant? I was taken back by the whole thing, the thought had never crossed my mind because hubby was snipped 20 years before that. I have no children and don't know if I could get pregnant, but the potential for disaster was there.Condoms are not always safe...they break or come off..ask my hubby he knows all about it after being in a loveless marriage for 20 years because of condom failure. I had the tubal done by laprascope shortly after that incident..and I was playing at a house party the following week. Sure there are risks...but the outcome of not having to worry about an unwanted pregnancy to a swinging encounter made it well worth while. We are both surgically safe.... but we still practice safe sex! Kathie

I dont think thats a good thing but if it works for you thats fine. I got my fixed because its easier for men . I had no pain and it was no worse than having a tooth pulled,for a woman its major surgury. I think any man that makes the woman go though that to spare himself well I better not say it. The bad thing is the wife needed surgury after I did and now we are both safe either way
