Neither of us smoke, however, he is a reformed smoker. Is smoking really an issue with people?

Likewise, consideration towards non-smokers is important. It shows that they are thinking about someone else besides themselves when entertaining another couple/single.

This is totally off topic. Jim, I just love that picture of you two.

Yeah, its a choice I suppose. With Jay and I, we are hypersensitive to exposure because of our son being asthmatic so there are no options with us.

We're wary even of people who describe themselves as "considerate smokers." THEIR considerate might not be what WE consider to be considerate. They may not smoke while with us or in our house, but sometimes they smoke in the car all the way over and enter our house reeking of cigarettes and with the odor adhering to their clothes & hair.

we really TRY to find people who don't smoke. that's why we don't go to more clubs and M&G's, too much smoke. my wife says she can smell it for days afterwards. that said, we have met some people who are courteous about it and if we hit it off otherwise we're ok with someone having an occasional smoke.

We are both allergic to cigarette smoke, and even smoker's breath. P once had an allergic reaction to smoker's SALIVA when a guy sucked on her breasts!

No smokers for us, please.

I'm a reformed smoker and haven't smoked for 14 years, but just the smell really bothers me, so I prefer to BE WITH non-smokers.

We would prefer non smokers, yet have dated smokers a time or two...all we ask is that you to pretty much take a shower prior to naughty play. I(male half) have smoked fifteen years ago and did not realize how much I smelled until I quit. Now, I don't mind people smoking around me too much as long as I have an out if it gets to be too much for me.
