as my wife and i are still newbie's in this world, we are not afraid to show are faces but that is as far as we go for now. there is one person i have seen on this site that i know of and kinda surprise he/she has not said something yet since i use to work with her. i know in the future, we will post more and show more. also i have been updating our weight cause it has gone down over the last couple of months and will continuo to do it.

More on THIS topic. My man has lost 30 pounds since getting active in the LS. I told him "Honey, if I have to look good, so do you!" End of story! I want other women to be attracted to him also. No need for the other women to "take one for the team" - men should also do their best to look their best!
