TOPIC: Not having much luck

Ok so we have spent numerous hours browsing profiles and sending emails that where more than just "Hi, we are interested." I am beginning to think its a waist of time. We have only meet 2 couples, I feel that is pretty low. Am I wrong? And we have yet to meet a really good fit. We do not get to go to the clubs often, so online is our best bet at meeting some playmates. I was hoping that someone might have some pointers. Maybe suggestions on how we could improve our profile. Thanks!

User Details are only visible to members.	I really like the Howdy! After all I still use "Groovy" when asked how I'm doing and get the greatest looks. Sometimes it inspires a conversation about the good old days when its someone who is age similar. Howdy is not the standard greeting, so you're less likely to get the same old tired response using it. Tissa, patience. SLS can be slow and not have all that many on locally, but it is warmer than other sites we've tried. Your profile and pics are fine and I think you've done better than many with your descriptions. Finding those you truly click with is not easy. There are those on here who just wanna fuck and so are more easily satisfied. You appear to desire more than a quick fuck. When looking for more, there is more to the clicking than appearance, and that takes time and patience.

Oh, by the way, Howdy! :) Your pics are great, and you'll be fine in this...just be patient. Things ebb and flow on here, and there will be a time when you have more emails than you care to. Gina

We have been pretty patient, well I think so anyway, we have been on here for about a year. Hmmm... I will try to add some more about us. I am so terrible at talking and writing about myself. User Details are only visible to members.	Tessa I have to go with everyone else, be patient. You must be patient here or you will get frustrated and if its not fun you may as well not do it. I read your profile, I do like it. You may want to add in some humor to it just to catch someone's attention but its pretty good. Just be patient. There are lots of ways to meet people other than sls to include lifestyle clubs, meet and greets, parties, etc. Shell

If you do, fine, then it's true to who you are, but if you do not, then you may want to rethink that opening. Also, some other interesting tidbits about yourselves would make you more interesting...don't have to be lengthy, just saying more than what everyone else says would be refreshing. Your pics are great, the ones we all can see publically, so I'd imagine the others are good too. Patience, yes. Good things will come, and probably all at once, as they all tend to go in spurts for some reason. Widen your circle a bit, and keep trying. Gina

User Details are only visible to members.	Tiss.. I think what your experiencing now is the norm, at least for us it was. And then we were meeting too many that we were overwhelmed. I read your profile and it sounds fine. In fact, b/c your bi your chances of meeting couples are better than mine . (lol) Anyway, I think it is just manner of time. Also, it is not necessary to attend dances to meet couples/singles. Many of the experiences we have had were with couple we contacted through sls. Finally, do not take the "no responses or no replies" to your e-mails as negative. Unfortunately, it is just a part of swinging world. I think there is a whole topic of not responding to e-mails in one of the forums.
