So I just saw this post on that other website (that I can't speak of in here cause it gets edited out) and thought I would come over here and see what others thought about it. I actually think the black ring idea is kind of interesting. Sounds like there is way more experience with this subject which is kind of a bummer. Maybe I'll just use this as an excuse to buy some bling lol

Well NC given your embolden capital letter statement on your profile and having known some folks with a twang I cannot imagine either if you having trouble finding a couple on a cruise ship to play with. Such written passion throughout your profile is evident. But for what it worth from a newbie to SLS and the lifestyle I‘ll tell ya before we decided to play we were simply asked if we were swingers (just like that, “So are you guys swingers?) One occasion was in a pool hall we were approached by good looking gal I instigated a game of pool with and another time while dancing at a party by a guy who I think was asking on behalf of he and his wife. Alcohol in both cases served as the universal social lubricant. So just reconsider asking a likely couple; I was flattered not angry or anything else; (well frustrated; I had to tell them both at the time my wife wasn’t on board with that). Ask another couple to dance especially if they are giving you eye contact or if you catch either of them looking. Try asking as a couple if they would like to dance. If one of the couple does dance and the other not trying sitting down with the non- dancer and talking; make sure both of you pay a compliment then, for a slower approach, ask them to join you poolside the next day; it’ll show their interest or not. Another option is to dress a bit sexier for an on board dinner dance; a “here we are statement” might get the proper attraction going. My wife has a pair of high heel shoes that one of her younger more savvy friends saw her wear to a Christmas party; she dubbed them, “Come fuck me shoes” as though it was a commonly understood shoe type for well, an invitation. And I think you know the type, you can see them all the time in some SLS photos and definitely in porn vignettes. I know it saves time knowing in advance if a couple are players but if you are not going on a dedicated swinger cruise you are gonna need an assertive social approach of your own or as you said some universal name tag statement that you feel comfortable wearing, “We’re swingers.” In more casual times I like the SLS shirt or some variant idea (but not, and this is funny, “I’ve got the pussy so I make the rules” shirt I saw at a Wal-Mart once). And don’t forget the skimpy swim suit at the pool side. Good luck!

User Details are only visible to members.	We are headed on a vacation next week and would like to find some playmates while away. Its a cruise which we posted in the cruise section that we are looking to meet people on it. So far no one has replied that they are. With a couple thousand people on a cruise ship you would think anywhere from 5-10 percent of those people may be swingers right? So, we were wondering if we could get some advice while onboard of something to wear or maybe even put on our cabin door to identify us as swingers so maybe someone will approach us. We do not feel comfortable walking up and talking to a couple we find attractive to try and feel out whether or not they are swingers. We were thinking about printing the sls logo here with the letters SLS printed under iit and taping it to our cabin door... but then we may have folks knock on the door we wouldn't have any interest in then it would become awkward. Also, thought about making up a badge or pin with the sls logo and put them on our shirt. Heck, sounds desperate right? We would really love to just meet a lifestyle couple while on this cruise and not sure how to do it without looking like an ass.
