Looking for advice on how to organize one from some one who done so. Is a club a good place?

The following is a revised version of the reply to Looking: Looking-If you are trying to set up a gang bang for a friend, ask your steady swing friends for references of the other capable single males in your area.

User Details are only visible to members.	The wife and I have set up a few gang bangs for a lady near us in the past. Here are some things we had to work with that help to make this a good event... 1. Make sure the "center lady" knows what she wants and makes her limits clear. State this in the invitations to the guys. 2. Invite guys you know first, then open it up. New blood is usually needed. 3. Plan on accepting invites from more guys then you need. I don't understand why, but many guys chicken out. We have had over 50% no shows without a reason or reply. 4. Make sure a trusted person controls the group and that everyone knows the rules. I usually was the "bouncer" per se. Keep a list of everyones email address and if you have a problem child, ask their email/name and then ask them to settle down or leave. 5. Don't try to arrange super huge parties unless you know you have a good group of core guys that will show. Our friend wanted a 50 guy GB... over 100 replied that made the cut. In the three days before the event, about 20 backed out for work reasons or other problems which is understandable. The night of the event, only 35 guys and one other couple (out of three couples) showed. Only a few of the no shows ever made an effort to contact me with a work or personal problem. So in a nutshell, you will need to invite more than plan to attend. I always follow up the intitial acceptance email with an email a day or two before to remind everyone and to give final contact information. Avoid having everyone meet in a hotel bar before moving on to the room if this is a sizable event. It makes hotels wonder... have the guys come to the room in small groups of 1-3 people. Make sure everyone knows the rules. If they don't follow them, remind them once, toss on the second offense unless the lady says toss sooner.

In order to get 5 men to show, you must get definite commitments from at least 8. 2. A gang bang must be organized and coordinated by a husband, boyfriend, or trusted male swing friend-a woman cannot set up her own gang bang! 3. Set a date at least 1 month in advance, send invitations, request RSVPs, and follow up at 1 week intervals. 4. ONLY invite men that you know are for real because you have played with them, you have seen them perform at parties, they have a strong reference from your swing friends, or you can tell from their profile and the pics thereon that they are for real. 5. If a man fails to show 2 times (for whatever reason), take him off the invitation list. (Sorry guys, but I have developed my good reputation because of my dependability). 6. In my experience, part of the eroticism for the lady is being the only woman in the room and thereby the center of attention. I have never successfully had other women as fluffers attend a gang bang. 7. Women have different preferences as to what they enjoy sexually. Prior to going up to the room, there should be a meeting in the lounge with the organizer and all the men to discuss parameters, prohibitions, and what the lady wants. The bottom line is that a quality gang bang requires much work and preparation. The look of satisfaction on a woman's face is well worth it, though.
