Once upon a time, we were in a relationship with a single gal here..but it didnt work out. Well enough, while there was negative feelings both ways, we maturely let it go. Over the course of the last 8 months, we KEEP recieving letters from friends and strangers asking us what the problem is with her because they recieve unprovoked spontanious poison pen letters about us! having been in the lifestyle for 18 years, We are liked by some, loved by others and a few dont like us for whatever reason... thats life. Just because your single and have a vagina, gives you no right to send poison pen letters to innocent people who have nothing to do with a situation long past! To spontaniously badmouth people as some vindictive gesture of hatred is unhealthy to everyone involved and a sad mark on the lifestyle. If you dislike someone, simply tell them, keep it between yourselves and LET IT GO!...The last thing the lifestyle needs is this type of drama, pushed upon innocent people. Theres so much positive wonderful things to enjoy, and awesome people to share. Please if you have a problem with someone, keep it between yourselves and dont spread your anger! get over it and Move on!

Kitty, Shelikesgurls, Your posts are kind and insightful and we are glad we had a chance to return to this thread to read them (We had completely forgotten we had posted here!). We decided to take your advice about turning the other cheek and simply ignore the rumors mainly because I discovered that the harder I tried to defend myself the more others thought I must be guilty! A real “Catch-22”. Do I regret confronting those two couples about the vulgarity and classless comments they made about my spouse, all the while smiling in our faces, pretending to be our friends? Honestly, no. Do I regret they happened to be very established and popular party hosts? Absolutely. I am a very strong minded person who, when faced with a problem, will confront that problem head on. My biggest mistake was to assume that those couples I confronted would handle my honesty and directness with dignity, integrity and class. Unfortunately, I completely ignored the possibility, and ultimately the actual occurrence, that they would change their strategy, involve others, and begin slandering me directly, with the intention to banish us completely from the lifestyle. Virtually overnight, I became the most horrible male the lifestyle had ever seen. What I must admit is that I am completely amazed and impressed with the efficiency and quickness that this was accomplished. What I learned from this experience is that to effectively "BlackBall" someone, all you have to do is get 3 or 4 others to say the exact same rumor, (Truth being irrelevant) to other couples in the lifestyle. Those others will immediately assume it must be true since it came from more than one source and tell their friends the same thing. Then, just sit back and watch the fire spread. Incredible? Yes, but this has since been confirmed by several individuals who took the time to get to know us and ultimately apologized for their involvement. We have been reinstated to every group we were banished from (one of the offending couples had been an administrator in all our groups and simply deleted us from those groups) and are now just dealing with the aftermath, which even after several years, is still rearing it’s ugly head. Now, when someone approaches and informs us “They have been warned about us!”, we simply smile and ask them to take the time to get to know us and decide for themselves what to believe. Our certs speak for themselves. For those who still Blacklist us, I simply ask “What are you so afraid of that we can’t attend parties where we know most of the couples there already?” That we might just tell the truth??? Steve

User Details are only visible to members.	Shelikes, I just seem to have a knack for encounters with those types. Hang with them? Never... but time after time I've gone past these types of people and they're running somebody down (me, for example). Honestly, I get the impression that these types are not truly into swinging or they'd be out having fun instead of sharing misery with one another.

User Details are only visible to members.	reading through these posts i found a couple on here that posted they were blocked and banned from every group and club in dallas the reasion they were bammed was because everything that was being said about them was true. we were friends with this couple when no one else would be friends with them and stood up for them when people were talking about them for 3 1/2 years then this couple turns right around and takes our trust and violates it when for 3 1/2 years we were the only friends they had they now run a group that they were kicked out of that we got them back into go figure lol. this couple has problems at every party they go to every weekend

User Details are only visible to members.	I read one profile that stated "when you have what everyone wants you can do and say what you like". That may be so in a physical sense. However, a pretty face, even a gorgeous body, can turn into a hag when their personality sucks ass.
