I've been building an addition to my home. It's becoming time to furnish it. There is a room where I would like a "convertible sofa." Basically, a sleeper sofa that has 3-4 positions. Upright, TV, extreme lounger, and bed. I'm planning on using it for a VARIETY of activities. There are futons that function in the same manner. I'm thinking of a convertible sofa because it's less like a futon. While we are on the subject. I also put remote controlled fans in my sex rooms. You can adjust the fan as the situation heats up. Fireplaces, hot tub, steamshower, Plasma TV, and stereos are are nice to have. Lighting is another thing to consider. Furniture that can store linens/towels/massage oil is something I look for. I am having fun figuring out what to put where. Has anyone else found a type of furniture that serves more than one purpose? What are your must haves? Mischief (very glad she only has 3 balcony infills and some painting to go.)

LOL We enjoyed ourselves on a dining room chair not too long ago.....that poor thing was just a creaking and popping....I actually thought it was going to break! Did we stop though? NO!!! LOL Shelly

User Details are only visible to members.	I'm getting an Innovation split back sofa. They have an interesting line. I just found an A/V rack for the electronics in the sex room. It hangs on the wall. I used glossmer wing, remote/temp controlled fans. The swing is in the basement dungeon. It's going to be on a hoist so one can get the right height. You are correct...My addition is 4 stories. It went something like this... -I might as well put in a full basement instead of a crawl space. -I might as well put in a second floor, after all the roof and basement are already there. -I might as well put on a cupola.. I've always wanted one. Bingo.. needed airport clearance to build that high. What's stupid? There are trees taller than my building. The fire places are zero-clearance. The hot tub was existing. The steam shower is new. There are some perks to being "older". One has $ to spend on things. I never had children that didn't have fur..so that's taken care of. BTW, I designed it so there is an adult wing and a children's wing. That way mommy and daddy can lock the teens out of their side of the house. Should prove to be a nice selling point when that day comes. Yes, I over did it. I always wanted to..so I did, LOL. Found one of the contractors (with benefits) on this site. Bigger smile. I will post more when I find more cool stuff. Mischief.

User Details are only visible to members.	Wow! How big is this addition? 3 balconies AND "sex rooms" with an s.... I'm jealous! I don't really have anything of importance to add. I did want to ask if they reallly make sleeper sofas that have 4 positions like that. I have never heard of them, but I am admittedly not always in the know when it comes to furniture. I would definitely like to have one in our living room once we are able to finally buy new nice furniture and not worry about the kids ruining it. N-She
