Many swinging couples, particularly those in their mature years, come to a point where one or the other is no longer in the game. In some cases, the partner who drops out must do so because of some debilitating condition - radical prostate surgery, early onset Alzheimers, Parkinson's, etc. Some of these conditions even prohibit sexual relations with the remaining partner. What is the latter to do if he or she still has strong sexual desires that can't be met with their spouse/partner? I'd like an intelligent discussion on this topic. Your thoughts?
