And I'm with the majority...kissing is so essential to both Jay and I that if there is a no kissing rule there is no play with us. We all have our comfort levels and we are all entitled to that, but its not for us.

It is not dental risk only but H. pylori and Peptic Ulcer so the bacteria may also spread through mouth-to-mouth contact such as kissing. ...

Kissing is absolutely essential for me to become very aroused. I would miss it terribly. I would not play with a couple who had a "no kissing" rule. Of course, I check the obvious signs of any cold sores. And if someone has a cold - please - no kissing until you are well. Catching a cold with a history of asthma can get pretty nasty.
