Our wonderful goverment is willing to allow all these pay cuts to happen and wanting all these goverment employees to take a 20% cut in pay wich to them is ok but has anyone asked the ones that are allowing this to happen why they are not taking a 20% cut in pay themselves or willing to for go there pay what happened to WE THE PEOPLE ! why are we the pawns on the goverment chess set would enjoy hearing your thoughts

User Details are only visible to members.	1) Welcome to the forums and good job on the body. 2) Like the top 1% who created this mess by decimating the wages of the lower earners and thus reducing the sources of income from the tax levels we currently hold... Greed will never willingly cut itself... Sadly. I have never made any suggestions that the left are less greedy than the right, only that the left generally better represent the poorer population of this nation. Personally if they do not make a deal which keeps the government working, and the employers continue to not provide for the needs of the people... Then both sides ought to be forced into a 100% pay cut vie means of the newly unemployed camping out along side (but not blocking) every road that the politicians use to get to their homes... camping in front of the politicians homes. After a time, either a deal will be reached, or starvation will do what starvation of any group of strong willed people does.... It forces action, typically violent. Lets hope this isn't the outcome which we have and lets hope that their isn't a radical rise to power by any side... Rather a rational return to reality. This mess started the day the factories left, this mess started when good middle class paying jobs came with a 40,000 USD price tag we call college.
