Original Starting post for this thread:
I would love to see a Kucinich/Paul debate. An Orielly/Matthews debate.

And my pick for the most interesting and explosive debates Bill Morris/Bill Clinton and Ann Coulter/Hillary Clinton.

John Kerry vs John Kerry on "flip flops" - do people really know it when you're doing it?

Dec- I will agree. I am of the opinion that most consequences of government intervention are unintended.

But I don't have a very high opinion of most current legislators...

Jack, why is it that you can not have a discussion with anyone you disagree with without swearing or calling names?

Simply shows the poverty of your thoughts...

I agree. It is just as true the other way around. Remember, government can also pass legislation with unintentional consequences. This is more applicable to business owners. It impacts consumers in an indirect way.

Dec-

Some problems can clearly be ameliorated by government action, others by government inaction.

I am reading your answers, Jack.

You have not addressed justice nor general welfare.

As usual, all conservatives can do is whine, not address issues...

You have no ideas, all you can do is try to tear down American institutions.

You have no idea what the constitution says, in word or spirit...

I generalized "all problems". I didn't think it was necessary to be specific. Do you want me to?

So you agree you have not answered the question.

The Supreme Court does not establish justice.

I'm still waiting for a definition. Oh, and the general welfare thing, too.

Oh Jack Jack Jack,

The constitution clearly states establish justice. Law and justice are related, but different concepts.

One example:

Hillary Clinton has not been charged with any violations of the law. But you believe she has escaped justice...

Jack-

The Supreme Court establishes law. Huge difference between law and justice.

And you didn't answer the second.
