User Details are only visible to members.	Sedu: Last I checked, I never claimed to be very well schooled in much. In point of fact I have admitted to being pretty uneducated. The only reason I know as much as I do is that I pay attention to history, read and watch many historical documentaries and generally use the science, discovery and history channels more often than any other channels while I am watching tv. I would rather watch a historical documentary than most things on TNT, syfy, fx, USA, CNN, msnbc, fox, or amc. Which is all the channels I use. I sadly can not cherry pick the channels I want... Otherwise I would only have these channels along with a wide veriaty of history, science and discovery channels.

Their so subsadized at this point, that they can no longer exist without corporate welfare. As my evidence I point to VA's example in my own post on this subject. Companies undercut the worker to such an extent, that if it wasn't for welfare for the masses, most businesses would fail. Where does this welfare money come from? Business taxation and personal taxation. The rate of taxation is now in a level which businesses can not exist independent of the government. In theory, this in effect makes capitalism dead. It doesn't matter what the price of something is, the government must pay in welfare what ever the price is, or Walmart dies and more people become unemployed. What we have here is not even a bastard child of communism/socialism with the evolutionary dead end of capitalism... We have fudalisum with CEOs as the kings and lords. The politicians are the clerics sent by Rome, and the jesters are the news agencies.

There is a little bit of different forms of Government in our society, but the free market system, with some control. has proven in the long run to be the best. I would not want to live in your world anymore then that of the far Right.

Which basically means the only the businesses which the government says can remain open, remain open. Pretty sure that is deep blue socialism if not communism. Me personally, I am what ever promotes the most humane system out there. Socialism is currently this system as we humans aren't ready for theatrical communism. (200+ years)
